Regulation14

Odell’s Neighbourhood Plan has now been completed and approved by Parish Councillors, who have given the go-ahead for a formal 6-week public consultation. This is known as the Regulation 14 consultation where residents, local businesses, nearby parishes and national organisations such as Natural England, the Environment Agency, Anglian Water and the local NHS Commissioning Group are consulted.

If you’d like to comment please email your response by Friday 22nd October to info@odellvillage.co.uk.

There are four Annexes to the Plan.

Annex 1 outlines plans for non-land use enhancements in the village that cannot be included in the Plan but are needed to respond to specific issues raised by residents. The 4-page annex can be downloaded using this link: –

Annex 3  was prepared for us by AECOM in October 2020. The Design Codes’ purpose is to add depth and illustration to the Plan’s policies on design and in-fill development. It is a professionally-produced document with many high-quality photos of the village. This 60-page document can be downloaded using this link: –
